Rob Schanilec

Rob Schanilec is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, business development, and publishing. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Atwood Mortgage since January 2024 and a Real Estate Agent at CENTURY 21 Atwood since March 2023, Rob focuses on facilitating residential mortgage opportunities and guiding clients through real estate transactions. With ownership roles at By All Means Graphics and The Entertainment Guide, Rob has extensive experience in graphic design and publication management. Additionally, Rob has contributed to the Northfield Arts Guild as an actor since 2005 and has held various real estate agent positions, including at Professional Pride Realty. Previous experience includes managing content and layout as Managing Editor for Minnesota Senior News and providing graphic support at the University of Minnesota. Rob holds a BA in Journalism from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
