Derek Austin

Derek Austin is an experienced Associate Broker at Century 21 Advantage with over 32 years as a Realtor, including 27 years under the Century 21 brand. In addition to real estate, Derek owns and operates a historic movie theatre, offering a range of first-run movies and live entertainment. Holding a position as the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Your Realty, Derek manages residential, commercial, and rural properties. Derek has maintained and managed personal and company-owned properties since 1990 and served as a Director at Central Alberta Coop, focusing on member services and growth. Previous roles include Franchise Operator for Greyhound Canada and President of the Central Alberta Realtors Association. Derek has also contributed to community safety as a pump operator in the Innisfail Rescue and Fire Department. Education includes a Broker degree from Mount Royal College and a high school diploma from Innisfail Jr/Sr High School.
