Ted Maschler has extensive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management. Ted served as the Director of Global Corporate and Enterprise Facilities, Administration, and Executive Transportation at Northrop Grumman since 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Property Management at NM Management / Century 21 New Millennium, where they managed a portfolio of over 1,400 units worth more than $300 million in asset value. Ted also served as the Director of Head of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities at Blackboard and as the Director of Construction and Project Management at SAIC, managing a significant amount of infrastructure. Before that, they worked at Verizon/MCI as a Senior Manager in Systems Integration PMO and Senior Manager in Corporate Facilities and Real Estate. Ted Maschler has a proven track record of improving operations, driving sales growth, managing vendor relationships, and delivering cost savings.
Ted Maschler earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1982 to 1987. Ted then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Dallas from 1992 to 1994. Ted also holds additional certifications, including Certified Data Center Manager from AFCOM Data Center World, as well as Supervisory CMCA and a Virginia Real Estate License from DPOR.
