Charlotte Deleu

Charlotte DELEU currently serves as a real estate advisor at CENTURY 21® since September 2023. Prior to this role, Charlotte was the Human Resources Director at NCT from January 2022 to September 2023, overseeing various HR functions for a team of 130 employees. Previous experience includes roles at Leroy Merlin, Lesieur, Nestle S.A., SFR, GBA & Associés Corporate Finance, and the Ministry of Education, where responsibilities ranged from HR management, talent development, and training to recruitment and employee integration. Charlotte holds a Master in Enterprise and Profit Center Management with a focus on Human Resources, as well as a degree in Work Psychology. Currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Development at ESG, Charlotte continues to enhance professional expertise in the field.
