Bryan Braddock

Bryan Braddock has extensive work experience in the fields of finance and information technology. Bryan currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Century 3, Inc. since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Controller at Trehel Corporation from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for all aspects of accounting. From 2011 to 2017, Bryan served as the CFO at Century 3, Inc., handling accounting and IT needs such as finance, project reporting, and server/workstation specifications standardization. Before that, they were the President of Palmetto Data Services from 2000 to 2011, providing IT consulting and creating custom reporting systems for clients. Bryan's early career included serving as the Controller for various companies, including Century 3, Inc., Howard K. Avery and Associates, and Process Design, Inc., from 1995 to 2000. Overall, Bryan Braddock has been involved in financial management, accounting, and IT roles throughout their career.

Bryan Braddock earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a double major in Computer Science and Accounting from Southern Adventist University, where they studied from 1983 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a series of certifications from Procore Technologies in April 2022, including "Procore Certification: Procore Administrator," "Procore Certified: BIM Manager (Procore BIM)," "Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools)," "Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management)," and "Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Preconstruction)."
