Ryan Youngblood

Ryan Youngblood is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Programming Supervisor at Century Aluminum since June 2021. In this role, Ryan collaborates with the CTO to establish the technology vision and successfully implemented an ISO compliance document control system, saving the company millions of dollars. Previously, Ryan held the position of Software Development Team Lead, modernizing 15 legacy applications and streamlining software development processes. As a Programmer Analyst, Ryan refactored a 20-year-old legacy Drawings application, significantly improving its functionality. Prior experience includes Client Services Manager II at XO Communications, where Ryan led a pilot program that saved $1M while managing a diverse client portfolio.
