Joshua Shea

Joshua Shea, MBA, serves as the Director of Finance at Century Communities, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Joshua held the position of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Beazer Homes from September 2021 to March 2023, focusing on monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and overseeing the escrow closing department. Prior experience includes roles as Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at Ahern Rentals, and as Senior Research Analyst at IHS Markit, where Joshua specialized in market research for security technology. Joshua’s earlier tenure at Hertz involved project management in operations, leading significant financial projects with a $36 million budget while also acting as a Continuous Improvement professional. Joshua holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University and a BA in History from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
