Todd Stine

Todd Stine has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Vice President of IT at Century Communities, Inc. since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing IT operations and shared services. Prior roles include Director of New Technologies and Director of Information Technology at Brookfield Residential, where Todd facilitated the implementation of innovative technologies and managed IT operations for the Southern California region. Previous experience encompasses positions at USRES, G&B Solutions, Inc., DATAFLOW/ALASKA, INC., and Advanced Systems Development, Inc., with a focus on systems administration and project management for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and the Department of Defense. Todd holds a BS in Computer Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and multiple certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional and CompTIA Security+.
