Michael Byers

Michael Byers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Century Equity Partners since March 2024, Byers previously held the position of President, Workforce at CNO Financial Group, overseeing a significant workforce and contributing to a market capitalization of approximately $3 billion. Other notable roles include Chairman and CEO of DirectPath, which specializes in employee engagement and healthcare advocacy, and CEO and President of HighRoads, a leader in benefits plan management. Byers's background also encompasses financial positions at Centive, NuMega, and SQA, demonstrating a robust foundation in financial planning and corporate management.
