Cheyenne Lounsbrough, CSP, is an experienced recruiting and sales professional with a robust background in full-cycle recruitment, account management, and customer relations. Currently serving as Supervising Director of Recruiting at Century Group since September 2018, Cheyenne leads a team to achieve hiring targets and spearheads recruitment processes for diverse industries. Previously, Cheyenne held roles at Houzz, managing extensive account relationships and exceeding sales goals, and at the San Diego Padres and San Diego Chargers Football Co., achieving significant revenue growth through strong client engagement and sales strategies.
