Adam Napper, CAFP, has extensive experience in banking compliance and ministry. Currently serving as AVP Compliance and Assistant BSA Officer at Century Next Bank since September 2018, Adam has held various roles including AVP, BSA/AML Specialist and BSA Analyst. Prior to this, Adam worked at Calvary Baptist Church as Associate Pastor to Students and at Cook Baptist Church as Church Financial Liaison and Student Pastor. Adam began their career at Origin Bank, where roles included Accounting Clerk and Personal Banker. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University and a Master's degree in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
