Mitsy Huffstetler, CRCM, CERP, has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Mitsy began their career in 1999 at Willamette / Weyerhaeuser as a Senior Sales Support. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Davison Transport as a Collections Manager. In 2006, they joined Century Next Bank as a Vice President/Compliance, BSA Officer and later took on the role of Senior Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, and Assistant Risk Officer. Mitsy also served as Vice President/Compliance, BSA Officer at Bank of Ruston from 2006 to 2020.

Mitsy Huffstetler, CRCM, CERP, has an extensive education history starting from Louisiana Tech University. In 1995, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Technology.
