Arina Perez

Arina Perez is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in cellular and molecular biology, particularly in the areas of stem cell research and neurobiology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Century Therapeutics, Inc., Arina has previously held positions in esteemed organizations, including The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and the Lieber Institute for Brain Development. Arina's expertise includes the maintenance and differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells, molecular characterization related to neurological disorders, and the generation of stable human cell lines using CRISPR/Cas9 technologies. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and additional research fellowships at Cornell University.
