Matthew Shearer

Matthew Shearer has worked for several companies throughout their career. Matthew began their journey in 2001 as President of Under Armour Canada. In 2008, they were promoted to Vice President of the Americas at Under Armour. In 2012, they became Vice President and Managing Director of Under Armour Europe B.V. In 2015, they were promoted to SVP of N. America Operations at Under Armour. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Partner at CEO Coaching International.

Matthew Shearer earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland in 1997.
