Joydeep Mutsuddi is an accomplished HR leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in human resources management and executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as CEO and Senior Partner at CEO.works since May 2021, and as Director and Cofounder of Amakarro, a regenerative travel platform, since September 2022, Joydeep focuses on advancing sustainable travel practices. Previous roles include Executive Vice President & CHRO at BrightSpring Health Services and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at BD, where responsibilities encompassed global HR leadership and strategic business transformation. Joydeep's early career includes HR positions at The Coca-Cola Company, Citicorp, and GE, complemented by an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service and executive education in HR management from INSEAD.
