Karie Kaufmann

Karie Kaufmann is an experienced executive coach and business leader, currently serving as a Scale Up Executive Coach at Scaling Up Coaches since December 2017, specializing in strategic tools for mid-size companies undergoing rapid growth. Additionally, Karie owns and operates an ActionCOACH franchise since February 2009, providing business coaching services. Karie holds the position of Opinion Columnist for CEOWORLD magazine since February 2021 and was a Partner at E47 Capital Partners, LLC from March 2015 to December 2019, focusing on community-driven investments. Karie's prior roles include serving as a Board Member for the Business Life Institute and working as an author after a year of research and travel throughout Europe. Previous experience also includes business and leadership coaching at Buffini and Company and corporate marketing and public relations at Pac-West Telecomm, Inc. Karie earned an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Business Marketing with a minor in Communications from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business.
