Radha Ruparell

Radha Ruparell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Global Leadership Accelerator and Head of Leadership & Learning at Teach For All since April 2014. Additionally, Radha is an author of "Brave Now," a book focused on resilience in the face of life's challenges, and an opinion columnist for CEOWORLD magazine since June 2021. Previous roles include Advisor at Ideapod and McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. Radha also contributed to various organizations such as Acumen Fund, BroadReach Healthcare, UNDP, Pratham India Education Initiative, and co-founded Youth to Youth (Y2Y) at the World Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BComm from Queen's University.
