Heidi Haneberg

Heidi Haneberg, MBA, CAE, currently serves as the Managing Director for Nonprofit at Hartman Executive Advisors, a position held since October 2023. In addition, Haneberg is the Principal at Vector Velocity LLC, where a consulting practice focuses on event, content, and experience technology for associations and for-profit companies. As an Ambassador for CEOX, Haneberg advocates for gender balance and diversity in executive roles. Other significant roles include Owner of Live Well Cryo LLC, CEO at Sidecar, Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects at MCI USA, and Interim Executive Director of the National Association of Educational Procurement, where membership grew by over 50% during Haneberg's tenure. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director of the AVIXA Foundation and Chief Operating Officer at AVIXA, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, governance, and execution of a strategic plan. Haneberg holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Central Michigan University in Commercial Recreation and Business Management.
