Vijaya Kaza

Vijaya Kaza serves as the Chief Security Officer and Head of Engineering for Trust and Safety at Airbnb since August 2019, leading teams focused on ML/AI technologies to ensure user integrity and mitigate risks. Additionally, Vijaya holds various board positions, including a Board Member at Heidrick & Struggles, a Certified Board Director at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and a member of CEOX, an organization promoting women's leadership. Prior roles include serving as Chief Development Officer at Lookout and Senior Vice President of Cloud Products & Engineering at FireEye. Vijaya's extensive experience in security and product development also includes a long tenure at Cisco, where several executive roles were held, contributing to the growth of the security business and strategic acquisitions.
