Konstantina Thalassinou

Konstantina Thalassinou is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior HR Operations Analyst at Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. since October 2022, Konstantina previously held the position of HR Analyst at ELBISCO from January 2020 to October 2022, and served as an HR Reporting Analyst at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company between July 2017 and January 2020. Starting as an HR Consultant at Zeler Advisory from February 2016 to June 2017, Konstantina also gained experience as an HR Trainee at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company for a brief period in late 2015, and completed an internship at PwC in late 2014. Konstantina holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Alba Graduate Business School and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from The American College of Greece and in Accounting and Finance from The Open University.
