Rena Cohen-First

Rena Cohen-First has worked in the sales industry since 1999. Rena began their career with Frutarom as an International Market Manager and then moved to DuPont in 2002 as a Senior Account Manager (Solae). In 2006, they joined DSM Nutritional Products as Director, Global Account Sales (Martek Biosciences). After that, they worked at Kerry Ingredients as Director of Business Development, West Coast Flavors in 2012. In 2013, they were hired as West Coast Director of Sales at Glanbia Nutritionals, NA. In 2015, they became Vice President of Sales, Ahiflower at Natures Crops International. In 2017, they were appointed Director of Sales at The Wright Group-Food & Beverage Solutions. In 2019, they moved to OmniActive Health Technologies as Vice President of Sales, Western Region. Finally, in 2022, they were hired as Vice President of Sales, North America at Kappa Bioscience AS. In 2023, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales at Cepham Inc.

Rena Cohen-First completed a Graduate Certificate in Professional and Executive Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2007. Rena then obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2005. Her educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State University.
