Bonnie Miguel

Bonnie Miguel, M.S., PHR, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Cepheid, where responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor and providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Prior to this role, Bonnie held positions as a Human Resources Generalist and People Operations Specialist at RMS, where significant contributions included managing compensation architecture implementation and designing an employee recognition program.
