Hardik Bora is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality engineering. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Cepheid since August 2020, Hardik manages a $5M OpEx/CapEx budget and oversees more than 130 injection molding machines, achieving significant value creation. Previous roles include Sr. Qualification Engineer at Cepheid, where Hardik implemented initiatives that improved troubleshooting time and efficiency, Quality Engineer at Phillips-Medisize responsible for the launch of Covid-19 test kits, and lead quality engineer for a new product development project at Nilfisk. Additional experience includes quality engineering positions at Quadion LLC, Mahindra & Mahindra, and design engineering at Arihant Industrial Corporation. Hardik holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
