Jeungmin Kim

Jeungmin (John) Kim is a Product Improvement Engineer II at Cepheid since July 2021, with prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer II and I at BD, where significant contributions included leading the development of an ISO 8/9 Regulated Cleanroom and saving over $500,000 by investigating potential failure modes. Previous internships at Finelite, Wrightspeed, and SNA Electronics provided valuable experience in redesigning prototype parts, battery module design, and quality assurance processes. Jeungmin holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San José State University, as well as a High School Diploma from Lynbrook High School.
