Natalia Ershova

Natalia Ershova is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple regions. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for EMEA at Cepheid since April 2021, Natalia previously held the role of HR Business Partner for EMEA at Tektronix, overseeing operations in Switzerland, Italy, the Nordics, Israel, the Middle East, Turkey, and FORTIVE Russia from August 2012 to March 2021. Prior to Tektronix, Natalia worked as a freelance consultant and project manager, as well as an Executive Search Consultant at Neumann International from April 1996 to January 2002. Natalia holds both a Master’s degree and a PhD in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
