Dimki Patel is currently serving as the CMC Program Lead at CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dimki held the position of Program Leader (CMC) for RNA Vaccines at GSK from August 2018 to September 2023, where Dimki led a multi-disciplinary development project team, overseeing the technical strategy from early development to commercial launch. Dimki's experience also includes leadership roles at Intrexon Corporation as Program Team Leader, where Dimki managed projects related to multi-genic illnesses, and at Zyngenia as Scientific Leader, focusing on the development of novel oncology therapies. Dimki began the career as a Scientist at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research and at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dimki holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from S. P. University. Areas of expertise include innovation, leadership, RNA and DNA technologies, technical and business strategy, and mindfulness.
