Rebecca Chandler

Rebecca Chandler is a highly experienced professional in the field of clinical development and pharmacovigilance, currently serving as the Senior Clinical Development Vaccine Safety Lead at CEPI since September 2021. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Senior Pharmacovigilance Expert at Uppsala Monitoring Centre, where responsibilities included medical expertise in signal detection and analysis. Earlier roles include Clinical Safety Assessor at the Medical Products Agency and Clinical Sub-investigator at Imperial College London. With a medical degree from Emory University and additional certifications in pharmacoepidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Rebecca also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, and Art History from Vanderbilt University. Rebecca's extensive background includes training and scientific contributions in various international settings.
