Selorm Avumegah

Selorm Avumegah, also known as DiseaseChaser, currently serves as a Project Lead and Scientist at CEPI. Prior to this role, Selorm held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of Queensland and as a Teaching and Research Assistant at KNUST. With a Ph.D. in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from Deakin University, Selorm has a strong background in infectious diseases research. Additionally, Selorm is actively engaged in mentorship programs at MeetMentors and volunteered as a career mentor for university students.
