Senem Turan

Senem Turan is a dedicated research assistant currently working at the Centre for Economic Policy Research since September 2022, contributing to the Euro Area Business Cycle Dating Committee. Simultaneously, Senem has been a research assistant and graduate teaching assistant at Bilkent University since September 2020, supporting various economics courses and projects under the guidance of esteemed professors. Additional experience includes a summer internship at the Turkish Ministry of Trade, leadership roles within the Economics Research Union, and previous internships at Microsoft and AIESEC Türkiye. Senem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Economics at Bilkent University, expected to complete in June 2024.
