Manuel Pedrero has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Manuel began their career at Brady Corporation as a Market Researcher in 1995 and then moved to Henkel Iberica S.A. in the same role. In 1996, they joined Alta Gestión E.T.T. as an HR Consultant and Commercial Manager. Manuel then joined CEPSA in 1999, starting as a Labour Relations specialist and later transitioning to the role of Canary Islands H.R. Manager. Manuel served as the company's Labour Relations Manager from 2002 to 2012 and subsequently became the HR Manager at CEPSA Palos SITE until May 2021. Since June 2021, Manuel Pedrero has been working as the CEPSA Trading HR Director.
Manuel Pedrero has a diverse education history. In 1990, they attended the Universidad de Huelva where they pursued a degree in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1995, they furthered their education at the same university in 2006 by obtaining expertise in Collective Bargaining and Mediation. From 2011 to 2013, Pedrero attended the IE Business School, where they completed the Managerial Development Programme in Executive Education. Later on, in 2014 to 2016, they enrolled in the IESE Business School for Executive Education, but the specific degree obtained is not mentioned. Lastly, in 2019 and 2020, they attended Esade for the Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management.
