Marc Cornelius

Marc Cornelius has extensive work experience in compliance and regulatory roles in the energy trading industry. Marc is currently the Head of Compliance - Trading at CEPSA. Prior to that, they held positions at TP ICAP as the Head of Energy & Commodities Compliance, and at Shell as the Regional Head of Compliance - Europe, Asia & Africa. Marc also worked at BP as the Manager of Global Regulatory Policy, Ethics & Compliance, and at the Financial Services Authority in various roles. Marc started their career as an Intern at the European Commission and later worked as an EU Account Manager at Citigate Public Affairs. Additionally, they serve as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Mission Motorsport.

Marc Cornelius attended the University of West London from 1992 to 1996, where they received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a focus on European Law. Marc later pursued further education at the Inns of Court School of Law in London in 1996-1997, completing the Bar Vocational Course.
