Regina Madrazo

Regina Madrazo's work experience includes serving as the Head of Legal M&A at Cepsa since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at CEPSA E&P from January 2015 to April 2022. Before joining CEPSA, they worked as an Abogado at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2004 to 2015. And earlier in their career, they worked as an Abogado at Eduardo Íscar - Despacho de Abogados from September 2002 to January 2003.

Regina Madrazo has a Master's degree in Business Legal Advice from Instituto de Empresa, which they completed in 2003. From 2001 to 2002, they participated in the Socrates program at KU Leuven. Regina also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad de Salamanca, which they pursued from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they have another Bachelor's degree in Law from the same university, with a specialization in the field of study being Law.
