Paulo Paixao

Paulo Paixao has had a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Paulo started their career as an HR Manager at Schlumberger and went on to work at TV Globo as an Organizational Development Manager. Paulo then joined Towers Perrin as the Head of Strategic Communication and Change Management before moving to Mercer as the Head of Strategic Communication and Marketing. Paulo later worked at Linde Gas Therapeutics as the Regional Strategy and HR Development Manager for South America. Paulo then held positions at PPG Strategic Solutions as a Director-Principal and at OEC as a People and Organization Director. Paulo also worked at Ocyan as a People and Organization Director and finally joined Ceptis as the People and Administration Director. Paulo has expertise in various areas including administration, financial controls, tax planning, and human resources management.

Paulo Paixao attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2012, where they studied Creating and Leading a Culture of Innovation. In 2002, they also attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for a course in Leveraging Differentiation to Create Customer Advantage & CRM. From 1989 to 1992, Paulo studied Communication and HR Strategy at an undisclosed university.
