Rogério Antunes

Rogério Antunes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rogério started their career at Rede Globo as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for systems leadership and the development of robotics equipment. Rogério then joined SICPA, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineering Coordinator, and Engineering Manager. At SICPA, they worked on innovation projects, technology development, and operational contracts. Rogério also served as the Head of Technology at Innovation Flow, where they managed software development projects for SaaS platforms and worked closely with stakeholders on technical infrastructure and services specifications. Rogério later became the Head of Software Engineering at NETCON Americas before founding their own venture, Phygital BR, where they serve as Founder, Speaker, and Podcaster. Currently, Rogério is the Operations Director at Ceptis.

Rogério Antunes completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2016. Rogério then pursued an MBA in Strategic Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense, graduating in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduation degree in Computation Engineering from UERJ in 2005. Additionally, they completed a Specialization in Computer Programming from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2001. Rogério Antunes also holds various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, EF SET English Certification, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, and Liderança e Motivação.
