Rich Major

Rich Major is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CER Education Recruitment since April 2023, Rich previously held the position of Area Manager at Playroom Leeds, where responsibilities included launching and managing two successful businesses. Prior experience includes General Manager at Dollhouse Leeds and Bars Manager at The Backroom Leeds, among other roles in the hospitality and events sectors. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing from Leeds Trinity University, complemented by a strong foundation in customer service and operational efficiency across various positions, starting from Bar Staff to Senior Event Manager.
