Ryan Deugo

Ryan Deugo has diverse experience in education, operations management, and training. Currently, as an Instructor at Education Plus NE since March 2023, Ryan supports children who require alternative educational approaches, employing an active, hands-on learning style. Simultaneously, Ryan serves as an Assistant PE Teacher at CER Education Recruitment, facilitating sports sessions in secondary schools. Additional roles include refereeing football for all ages and coaching youth teams as an FA Registered coach. Ryan has a background in the Royal Navy Reserve, logistics, and has held managerial positions including Group Training Manager at Nurseplus UK Ltd, Divisional Operations Director at Westray Recruitment Group, and Operations Manager at Mach Recruitment Ltd.
