Bayu currently holds the position of Regional Sales Manager - Southeast Asia at CERAFILTEC, a leading ceramic ultrafiltering membrane technology provider. Prior to this, Bayu served as the Business Development Manager at Gradiant, where they were responsible for all water projects in Indonesia, targeting customers in industries such as power plants, food and beverages, petrochemicals, and more.

Before joining Gradiant, Bayu was the Regional Business Manager - SEA, Australia & New Zealand at Sigura, a global biocide producer. Bayu successfully achieved significant revenue growth during their time there. Bayu also held the position of South East Asia Business Manager at Sigura.

Bayu Hakim, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the University of Indonesia from 1999 to 2004. In 2020, they pursued further education at IPMI International Business School, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed in 2022.
