Gil Gabay's most recent role was as the Vice President and General Manager of the Kinetics Business Unit at Ceragon Networks, where they led the global Energy market division. Gil held P&L responsibility and managed multiple teams. Prior to this, Gil served as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Ceragon Networks and as the Head of Corporate Strategy.

Before joining Ceragon Networks, Gil worked in Strategic Product Line Management at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. Gil also served as the CEO of Trionity (PhotoMania), a B2C startup, and as the Founder & CEO of Delegate Communications, a pioneer in the AI/Machine Learning space.

Earlier in their career, Gil held roles at Comverse Technology, Inc. as AVP of Product Strategy & Business Development, and at ECI Telecom as Director of Product Management & Marketing. Gil began their career at VCON, where they worked as an R&D Team Leader, contributing to the advancements in desktop video conferencing technology.

Gil Gabay has an MBA degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed in 2004. Gil also pursued studies towards an M.Sc. in Computer Science at Tel Aviv University, completed in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida in 1995. In terms of executive education, Gil completed the program "Managing the company of the future" at London Business School in 2020. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications in Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School, obtained in 2018, and in Strategic Sales from IBM, obtained in 2005. Gil Gabay attended Munich International School from 1987 to 1989.
