Xenia Schmidt

Xenia Schmidt has extensive experience in human resources, starting as an Auszubildende zur Veranstaltungskauffrau at INTERPLAN Congress, Meeting & Event Management AG in 2012. Xenia then worked as a Werkstudentin HR at SUSE from 2015 to 2017. Following that, Xenia became a Personalreferentin at Aufzugswerke Schmitt+Sohn GmbH&Co.KG. from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at CeramTec – Die Keramik-Experten, where they previously held the position of HR Business Partner & Head of Apprenticeship. Their roles have involved managing various HR-related functions, including recruitment, apprenticeship programs, HR marketing, and employer branding, as well as leading strategic projects and fostering cooperative relationships with works councils.

Xenia Schmidt completed a degree in Eventmanagement from IST-Hochschule für Management in 2014. Xenia then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Pädagogik I from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, graduating in 2017.
