Christopher A. Holt

Christopher A. Holt serves as the Senior Managing Director and General Counsel for Private Equity and Supply Chain Investments at Cerberus Capital Management. Previously, Christopher held the positions of Managing Director and General Counsel for Private Equity & M&A at Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, as well as Senior Operating Executive & General Counsel at the same organization. In addition to these roles, Christopher is a board member for several organizations, including Lighthouse Autism Center, 3Z Brands, Worldwide Flight Services, and Staples Solutions, B.V. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Drew University.
