Carla Chaparro Guerrero

Carla Chaparro Guerrero is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal management across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Legal & Compliance Manager for PayJoy in Ecuador and Panamá since July 2022, Carla has previously held key positions, including Dirección de Patrocinio at Banco Central del Ecuador from October 2019 to July 2022, and Associate at FERRERE Abogados from April 2015 to October 2019. Additional roles include Legal Counsel for Ecuador at Mercedes-Benz AG and Associate at PAZ HOROWITZ ROBALINO GARCÉS, Abogados. Carla began their career coordinating arbitrations and mediations at the Cámara de Comercio Ecuatoriano Americana de Quito.
