Diana Faillace

Diana Faillace is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Director at Cerberus Capital Management since June 2023, Diana focuses on legal operations, entity management, and compliance with the Regulatory and Corporate Transparency Act. Previously, Diana worked at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, contributing to the Investment Management Group and Anti-Money Laundering efforts from 2015 to June 2023, and serving as Counsel in the same group from 2005 to 2009. Diana's education includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law, and studies at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford.
