Shane Coleman

Shane Coleman serves as the Director Deputy General Counsel at Mountain America Credit Union since May 2016, providing corporate legal advice on various matters including contracts, regulatory compliance, and lending operations. Previously, Shane was the owner and attorney at Grangroth ǀ Coleman, specializing in civil litigation and transactional law, with notable accomplishments in estate planning and contract enforcement. Prior experience includes serving as a Banking/Creditor Attorney at Witherspoon•Kelley, representing financial institutions, and as Associate Counsel at Select Portfolio Servicing, managing corporate litigation for a mortgage servicer. Shane holds an LL.M. in Tax from the University of Washington School of Law, a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a B.A. in Asian Studies from Brigham Young University.
