Gregory L. Powell

Mr. Powell serves as Co-Chief Financial Officer with oversight for all financial and accounting matters.

For over 15 years, Mr. Powell has partnered with Cerberus and its affiliates across a diverse array of projects and investments. Most recently, he served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of NexTier Oilfield Services (NYSE: NEX), a Cerberus portfolio company acquired in 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Powell served as an Operating Partner with Cerberus Operating and Advisory Company.

Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Powell spent 10 years at General Electric. During his time with GE, he completed financial and operational leadership assignments across multiple divisions and global geographies, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of GE Military Aviation.

Mr. Powell is a graduate of North Carolina State University.
