James Faist

James Faist currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for RapidFlight, LLC and Stratolaunch, as well as a member of the Advisory Board for Aitech Systems. James is the President of Faist Advisory LLC, focusing on engineering leadership and consulting services to support U.S. national security. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President and Chief Technology and Strategy Officer at CACI International Inc., Director of Defense Research and Engineering for Advanced Capabilities within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman. James has a strong background in radar systems and advanced technology development, with degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and the Virginia Military Institute.
