Dana Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career in 2007 as an E-Learning Support Technician at Virtual Virginia, where they provided technical support to remote end-users and collaborated with internal teams on product improvements. In 2010, they joined GetWellNetwork as a Senior Product Support Engineer, resolving complex technical issues reported by clients and documenting the troubleshooting process. They also served as an Implementation Engineer, ensuring successful installations of GetWellNetwork software and hardware systems. Dana joined Cerberus in 2016 as a Manager, Product Support, handling client inquiries, collaborating with various teams, and investigating software defects.
