COMPANY OVERVIEW 

Cercano Management LLC (“Cercano”) is an SEC-registered investment manager focused on ultra-high net worth clients and the entities associated with those clients, such as a family foundation. Cercano is based in Bellevue, WA, with offices in Wayzata, MN, Atlanta, GA and Singapore. Cercano invests globally for its clients, commonly operating as the family office Chief Investment Officer. The team has extensive experience in direct investing in all stages of venture capital, private equity, private credit, and public equities on a global basis. 

Cercano offers services for all aspects of a client’s assets or family office. The team also has experience working with clients who have significant investments in non-financial assets on a global scale, such as fine art, professional sports teams, entertainment properties, intellectual property, commercial real estate, farmland, and personal residential estates. 

POSITION MISSION 

A Client Service Professional (CSP) will provide client service management support to our clients and operational support to client portfolio management teams in the implementation of new client accounts, trade execution, liquidity management and ongoing maintenance of existing clients. Flexible work locations: Minneapolis Minnesota, Bellevue Washington 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Leverage your operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business

  • Work closely with Client Portfolio Managers to support their clients, in addition to any external stakeholders that comprise the clients supporting team

  • Identify opportunities for and coordinate wealth advisory services within the client base

  • Serve as a key liaison to other teams supporting the business, i.e., accounting, treasury, reporting, and legal professionals

  • Plan and manage new account onboarding process

Required knowledge, experience, skill, and/or ability:

Computer skills 

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI)
  • Advanced Excel skills

Education/experience/certifications 

  • B.A. from accredited institution preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/financial transactions and customer service

 SALARY RANGE:  $109, 140 - $147, 048 annual basis. 

SALARY DETAILS:

Pay will be based on multiple factors, including, and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity. Our discretionary bonus program is in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
