Emma Rudd serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Cerebral Palsy Alliance since September 2019. Prior to this role, Emma held similar positions at Soprano Design from February 2017 to April 2019 and gained extensive experience as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team at Herbert Smith Freehills from January 1999 to December 2016. Emma's expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and advising on Corporations Act, securities, and ASX Listing Rules issues, with a strong focus on commercial contracts for large multinational corporations. Emma obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from UNSW between 2002 and 2004 and a Combined Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a focus on Finance at UNSW from 1993 to 1997.
