Dan Ang

Dan Ang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Governance, Risk, & Compliance at Cerebras since June 2025, Dan previously held pivotal roles at SoFi, including Head of the Office of the CISO and Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance from October 2019 to June 2025. As a co-founder and Director of Finance at Asians Are Strong, a non-profit organization focused on the empowerment of Asians and Pacific Islanders, Dan was instrumental from March 2021 to December 2023. Dan's prior experience includes leadership positions at Visa, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise risk management and technology internal audits, as well as positions at Deloitte, managing comprehensive technology risk assessments. Dan earned a B.A. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2006.
