Zhiming Chen

Zhiming (Charles) Chen is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Senior MTS at Cerebras Systems since November 2020. Prior to this role, Zhiming worked at Intel Corporation from August 2017 to November 2020 as a Software Engineer and earlier completed a summer internship as a Software Engineer, rotating between three teams. Zhiming's foundation in software engineering began with a 16-month internship at Altera, complemented by part-time work during undergraduate studies. Zhiming's early experience includes participation in high school research at the Canadian Light Source. Academically, Zhiming holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field, along with a high school education from Evan Hardy Collegiate and Beijing Jingshan School.
